The Problem

At Pinnacle Financial Advisors, a growing company specializing in personalized financial planning, newly hired financial advisors are expected to quickly gain proficiency in guiding clients through complex home equity options. However, with busy schedules leaving little time for prolonged training sessions and lengthy manuals causing information overload, many advisors felt unprepared. This knowledge gap resulted in inconsistent client experiences, decreased advisor confidence, and missed opportunities to convert client inquiries into effective financial solutions.

The Solution

To address this gap, I designed a Rise 360 eLearning course tailored for advisors with demanding schedules. Unlike traditional onboarding methods, this eLearning solution maximizes training efficiency by delivering essential knowledge through:

  • Bite-sized, multimedia content that accommodates busy schedules and diverse learning preferences.

  • Interactive assessments, including multiple-choice quizzes, drag-and-drop exercises, and scenario-based questions, fostering deeper understanding and client-focused decision-making over rote memorization.

  • Learning outcomes tracking, enabling data-driven analysis to provide insights into future training initiatives.
